ISM / ISPS / MLC PREPARATION AND IMPLEMENTATION

Safety and security are maintained through observance of the International Safety Management (ISM) and International Security Codes (ISPS).

For commercial yachts operating under the International Maritime Organization (IMO) guidelines, we will help in the development and implementation of standards on board to comply with the international regulations.

Although only commercial vessels must comply with the new Maritime Labour Convention, known as MLC2006, we recommended for private yachts to voluntarily implement the new regulations.

As every vessel is different, together with the captain and crew, we adjust the requirements to the yacht’s specific needs.
